7,000-square-foot meeting center for upper-level administrators and the University President located on the penthouse of the 1101 Brickell Ave. building. Half of the floor plan is allocated for fundraising events, remainder of the space houses office of the President, a guest Dean, support staff, a large conference room, reception/lounge seating, kitchen and storage area.
