Flagler Street is being reactivated as a pedestrian-first corridor that balances preservation of its historic facades and cultural character with contemporary innovation. B+BA’s work spans several key sites along the street, including the reimagining of a downtown tower ground-floor lobby. Drawing the landscape indoors, softening the building’s threshold, and creating a welcoming entry for curated office spaces above.
