Coral Gables Waterfront ResidenceMiami, USA

The project entails two designs for a two-story waterfront residence in Coral Gables in a 27,000 sf lot. First the design of an addition to an existing residence is located and second a new residence with 6-bedroom, 6.5 bathroom and ancillary outdoor and indoor spaces. The designs support blending structures with the environment by integrating warm materials, natural elements, and ample lighting. We strive to create rich inside/outside experiences by providing large windows wherever possible, allowing natural daylight to pour inside, and offering direct views of lush tropical gardens.
